The Miami Summer Shorts Festival consists of a collection of short theatrical plays and monologues that last approximately only from 5 to 20 minutes in length for each of one-act performances which are sure to entice theater-lovers. It takes place every year in June at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami Dade County, which is the main and state of the art performing arts venue for the Florida Grand Opera, the Miami City Ballet, and New World Symphony.
